The Habilitation of Chads.Kernowek Mews was a mid-range apartment block, a circular glass and alloy construction in Verber District; part of the low-rise suburbia circling The Hole.   
Chad was surprised by its rare normalcy. Since his arrival he’d been relentlessly bombarded by The New; robots, Nazis, Romans and Mongols, pre, post, trans and re-humans, and customs from thousands of different histories. Kernowek was a retrotech cave in comparison, but an exquisite one.   
He could even compare it to an upscale American Hotel, providing he ignored the excessive indoor wall creepers and robot maintenance staff.

Rock the Kasbah.The idea of embarking upon the Hitch was first put forth by my friend James sometime in those early days of the first term.  ‘We should do that.’  
‘Yeah alright.’ I said, not exactly taking the whole idea seriously.   
However, the plan grew, we attended the meetings and socials, progressively raised the £300 sponsorship, and with a week or so to go, my head was swimming with exotic ambitions of where and what we would be doing come April; traversing bustling medinas, camel trekking as the sun sets on the sahara desert - and of course the hitch itself.   
This illusion was soon shattered after an initial nine ho Rock the Kasbah.

1. Mario is unmarketable. Were it released in 2007 super mario bros would be criticised for presenting a pretty terrible stereotype of Italians, what with the porno moustache, "Mama mia!" and other disjointed English, plumbing, etc.
Asides from bad GTA clichés though, we don't really see that anymore.

Personally unfulfilling, academically drifting, everything looks like a bit of a mess right now.
Still, I think I can see a light at the end of the tunnel, I'm still finding time to write, although the volume of unfinished stories in my Documents folder seems to increase exponentially, and its nearly Christmas, so I get to go back home and see some old friends.
Sorry for the slightly depressing reply, I'll try to make a journal entry of it after it all blows over.
